Dry Creek Premiere Archery Hunts - 25,000 acres of private land that is home to prime deer and elk habitat. Archery hunting is awesome, lots of bulls
making lots of noise. If you want quality, high success, and the hunt of a
lifetime give us a call and join us on the Dry Creek Ranch. A 7-day trip
with 5 full days of hunting time and a full time guide will hopefully provide you with an opportunity at a nice bull. For this trophy hunt, cost
for 2 hunters per guide is $5,000.00 each: for 1 hunter per guide the rate
is $5,800.00. Trophy Fees: There is a $500.00 kill fee for any bull killed,
wounded, or missed and any deer taken. Bulls from 300-340 gross score have an additional trophy fee of $1,000.00 and over 340 the fee is $2,000.00. All deer
must be 4 points per side or better. The potential for Pope and Young
record bulls here is fantastic and these elk are not pressured or bugle
wise. Licence (deer and elk) cost is $1,500.00 or $1,400.00 for elk only and you must have an archery
stamp all to be accomapanied by an outfitters certificate and received by MT FWP
no later than March 15th. Dates will be set after confirming the hunt.
Appoximate dates: September 9-15 and September 17-23.
Getting a license: Montana Outfitter sponsored combination licenses
for deer and elk, deer only, or elk only are guaranteed to be available
until March 15th. These must be sent in with a certificate from your
endorsing outfitter. We will assist you in the licensing process.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm any hunt and to become certified. The balance of
the hunt payment is due 60 days prior to the hunt date. Hunting
applications will be available by the first of the year. Deadline for all
guaranteed licensing is March 15th and this is about a 10 day process for you to send a deposit, we send certification and application, you return
certificate, license application and license fee to us and
we forward to FWP and all must be received by March 15th. If surplus
licenses are left they will be sold until gone on a first come basis. |
