Montana Outfitters and Guides association has an annual competition for all of the guides and clients. Safari Club International (SCI) supports and provides the awards for the top three in each category. It takes one year to allow for the antlers to dry then be officially scored, the awards are then issued the following year. Here is a summary of the awards that have been granted to Cargill Outfitters and Iron Wheel Guest Ranch in the past three years. All of our hunts are based on a native heard and are not weather dependant migratory elk. Our largest ever bull was a whopping 409 7/8 and ranked number 13 ever taken in Montana.
