Rooms

  • The Highlands: Private bath, queen bed and 2 twin beds
  • The Wrangler: Shared bath, queen bed and 2 twins
  • The Fisherman: Shared bath, queen bed, and tall twin
  • The Tobacco Roots: This room is a kitchenette with a microwave, cook stove, fridge, double sink etc. Private bath, queen and double – twin stacker
  • The Big Hole: Shared bath, queen bed
  • The Jefferson: Two sets of twin on top and double on bottom, shared bath
  • The Madison: two twin beds shares bath with Northwest Territory
  • There is a large shared living room with TV and games. Hearty country breakfast, sack lunch, and family style dinners are available per request.  Price additional for lunch($8.50) or dinner($20.00). 

All rooms will be undergoing renovation in 2019.

Extended Stay Rates

Meals are not included but are available for an additional charge of : Breakfast $8.00 Lunches $9.50 Dinner $20 per person)

 

Room Payment Policy

All trips for more than $100.00 or more than 8 hours must be reserved with a credit card.

All trips will be charged at 50% 45 days prior to your arrival on the credit card.

All trips final payment will be charged the morning of the beginning of your scheduled trip.

There is a 4% charge for all credit cards.

Payment may be made by check instead of credit card if done in the required time frames for your deposit. For final payment check must be received 10 days prior to your arrival.

All big game hunting trips are based on licensing policies and have different requirements. 50% deposit is required prior to license endorsement, and date reservations.

 

Room Cancellation Policy

All bookings made in excess of $100 will be charged a $10.00 per person per day cancellation fee, to cover losses and costs.

Cancellations less than 46 days from arrival date will be charged for 50% of the booked events.

Cancellations less than 30 days in advance will be charged the full rate of the booking.

All big game hunting trips are based on licensing policies and have different requirements. You will need to find a replacement client prior to licensing deadlines.
Due to licensing requirements no refunds will be issued less that 180 days prior to licensing deadlines.

We are a small, personal family run operation that has a limited capacity and cannot afford to maintain our rates and allow for late cancellations.
